Back in the “world wide web” days people just made silly faces using letters, numbers, and punctuation symbols. Totally limited ones flirting ability. Now they have emoticons (fancy tech term for smiley) for practically every type of feeling you might have. They even animate ‘em too. So back to the question at hand – which are the best flirty smieys? Here are my picks (with specific flirt meanings).
