Senate President Saraki case adjourned indefinitely.

Bukola Saraki
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has adjourned a suit instituted by Senate President, Bukola Saraki against the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), indefinitely.

The ruling was delivered on Monday, October 19, 2015, and announced by the Court Registrar with no reason given for the decision.
Saraki is being tried at the CCT after allegations of asset declaration fraud were levelled against him by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).

The Senate President, in his case, had urged the Appeal Court to determine the legality of his arraignment at the CCT.

Saraki had also urged the court to set aside the proceedings of the CCT which will resume hearing the matter against him on October 21.
